What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity refers to the wide range of differences in the way brains process information and function.

Neurodiversity can include differences in cognition (thought processes), learning, emotional regulation, physical regulation, physical coordination, communication, sensory processing, and social connection.

These differences may be due to genetics, experiences, environments, or a combination of these factors.

At NeuroDiversity Counseling, PLLC

we help clients identify, learn about, and support these differences with focus on mental health and wellness.
